This Grade 1 quality natural processed Ethiopia Sidamo coffee is from the Guji zone, which lies within the Southern Nation, Nationalities, and Peoples Region (SNNPR). There are roughly 700 farmers that contribute to the privately owned Cheri mill. The coffee is dried on raised African beds for roughly 21-24 days depending on the weather. Growing altitude for this lot ranges from 1800-2000 MASL. Expect a wonderfully fruity coffee, with notes of strawberry, citrus, honeysuckle, and sweet and clean in the cup. Makes a fantastic single origin shot as well. Overall, one of the best natural Ethiopian coffees we’ve had.
